Payment issue, overpaying

Hello

We are using the pro plan, but noted in our invoices that we have paid two times this year.

How do I refund the second payment? (Which is for the same Pro Plan)

We are sorry for any inconvenience. There is lot going on with this charge. It looks like you had some payment method issues going on and the original invoice from March 21 became uncollectible at which time your Pro tier access was revoked. Then on March 28 you downgraded to the Free tier which stopped all further billing attempts. On April 13 the original charge from March 21 went through due to something you did on your end, likely paying with the original link, so at that time the money was collected but you were still on the Free tier. The late payment didn't grant access since it had already been marked as uncollectible. Then on April 22 you went through the normal upgrade channel on the website and signed up for the Pro Annual plan again (after downgrading on March 28) which both collected payment and granted access to the Pro tier. 

tl;dr - Yes, you have charged too many times for the access you have and we will refund the charge from April 13.

Follow up question, how is the second charge refunded, does it go back to the card that was used?

The charge is refunded right back to the card it was made on.

It can take 5-10 days for the refund to show up in your statement.
