why can’t I get my missions to synchronize between my iPhone, iPad mini, and my desktop Mac?..

You can share missions between devices by tapping and holding (as noted at the bottom of the Mission Management screen) the mission name. This will let you send it via AirDrop or email for transferring missions between computers and devices.

When version 4.1 is released it will synchronize missions between devices and Maps Made Easy.

Starting with version 4.1 which was released today you can sync Mission Plans from Map Pilot to MME and back to enable sharing between devices logged into the same account.
