Problemas com o aplicativo no mapeamento
Bom dia! Está ocorrendo vários problemas no aplicativo no momento de realizar o mapeamento, isso está nos atrasando e deixando descontentes com o mesmo
- Na troca de bateria onde ele deveria voltar para continuar a missão de onde parou, ele sobe a 30 metros e fica pairando no ar e não da continuidade na missão.
-Não está passando a informação certa da quantidade de baterias necessárias para a missão.
- Está dando como missão encerrada, mesmo no início do plano, ou o plano não terminado e volta pra casa.
-Às vezes a imagem do voo dele no canto inferor, onde mostra o local que está sobrevoando, fica travada e não aparece nada.
Viemos por meio desta, pedir atenção nesses problemas que vem ocorrendo, pois está nos causando transtorno no trabalho, e queremos a solução.

Please sync your flight logs with Maps Made Easy and then send us the links for the affected flights. It looks like you are using an Air 2S for your flights so it could have been something as simple as accidentally hitting the control sticks or losing a signal. The logs will show us that.
The number of batteries is an estimated value based on available battery power. If you have the flight duration set to "Battery Limited" it makes it go until the battery is out of power so the estimates can be off. Also, if the aircraft slows down because of long exposure times this can affect the estimates drastically.
