Override Camera Connected Check

Hi there,

First off, I have used this app for quite a while now - it's great!  However, I'd like to use my P3A to run missions created in Map Pilot after I have removed the stock camera/gimbal... I am mounting a different camera on the belly and want to use the functionality of the app to run missions (waypoints, terrain following, etc.) only. I will use a timer on the external camera to take images.

The problem is that I cannot upload a mission to the P3A b/c the camera/gimbal is removed and it throws an error saying "No camera was detected..."

Is there a work around to this?? Is it possible to add some sort of setting that would override that check?

Cheers and thanks,

Austin M

Map Pilot requires knowledge of what kind of camera is currently connected in order to allow for proper overlap calculation. If a camera is not present it will not take off. There are no settings to over ride this.

We add support for cameras like the SlantRange and Sequoia NDVI cameras as integration allows. Support for the Sony A7 will be available in the next release but that is intended for M600 aircraft.
