Maps Made Easy is fully automated and creates outputs in basic and commonly used formats that are easy to convert into other formats or projections. You can easily reproject any of the Maps Made Easy created GeoTiffs into NAD27 from WGS84 using QGIS or the GDAL tools directly.
The GeoTiffs we create have all of the geo alignment data embedded in them. There are no separate world files. These too can be generated using QGIS.
To keep costs down, advanced output files are only kept on our servers for 30 days from the date of generation. This is noted prominently at the time of creation and in the Map Detail page. It is the users responsibility to download and archive. The files cannot be recovered since they have been deleted.
Please email mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com with any other specific requests and refrain from posting personal information in the forums (we have removed it). That is a pretty awesome way to get spammed.
We quickly answer all questions posted in the forums so other can benefit from the answers. We don't have (or pay for) a team of sales people to be manning the phones to keep the costs reasonable.
