When I open "Map Pilot" on iOS (9.3) the app connects and sees my Inspire 1 with X5 camera. But when I start to create a map on the screen, the app does not always show the flight path. If I try multiple times, and get a flight path, I see the icons on the right hand side to upload the mission, but the app will not open the fly-out menu for any of the icons on the right.
The icons on the left hand side opens normally.
So since I can not open the icons on the right, I can not upload a mission and use the app. I have tried to install/re-install with no luck.

What should I do to be able to slide out the icons on the right and upload and use your app?
This is likely an issue of the spacing of the passes being too large for the survey area. The flight plan will only be drawn if there are at least two valid passes. If you are trying to fly high and draw a small survey area it won't show up. Try drawing a bigger area and making it smaller to match your needs once a flight path is available.
Also, make sure you are using the latest firmware.
