I tried to install pilot map on iPad 3 with ISO 9.0.0 but did not succeed.
What are the causes of this problem?

We have never heard of this happening before. It sounds like more a AppStore problem than an issue with our app. You should probably just try to download it again to see if there were any errors that might get fixed.
Let us know if this persists but there is very little we can do to fix it.

Unfortunately, the problem persists even trying to install version 1.3.1.
Now I tried it on another device (iPad 2 Wi-Fi) with iOS 9.2.
Any ideas?
Well... That's not good. We still haven't heard of this happening with anyone else.
What country are you in? Are apps in your region limited in any way? Have you been able to install any other 3rd party apps to control your drone?
I'm from Italy. I don't think that there are any limitations for apps.
On IPad 3 Wi-Fi I have installed the last version of the following applications that work properly (with Phantom 3):
- DJI GO
- Litchi for DJI
- Altizure for DJI
