yesterday i did one mission and i was flying my drone perfectly when drone return back to change batery and began to return to the place where he had stayed but all imagines after that appear like motion. BOTH HAVE SAME PARAMETERS.
*What happened? and what things should i avoid?

The bottom image looks like a focus issue. Did all of the images before and after have the same issue?
It is possible for the Auto Focus process to say it was successful and actually not provide a good focus solution.
Looks like a focus issue to me not motion blur.
An out of focus image appears "not sharp" which is what you are seeing. An image with motion blur will also appear not sharp but also have the aspect of "motion" and more of a "smearing" effect
Here is an example from one of my datasets. Left in focus right out of focus.
