A distortion model is calculated based on the imagery for every job to keep things universal. We have considered allowing the use of user provided calibrations but it just opens too many doors and sources of issues.

Looks like you only have a basic distortion model for the DJI Phantom4
Is there any chance I can provide you with better coefficients (derived through OpenCV) and that they are applied to the images?

That works well for vertical cameras, but once you start trying to do 3D with other camera angles thrown in it is better to start with a well calibrated camera, or access to a standard set of distortion coefficients fo r "standard" cameras.

This is why we recommend to all users that the camera remains nadir during flight. Most people don't have the understanding that you have and we are trying to keep things simple.
