My map processing job seems to have locked up. I used my promotional points for buying a drone to pay which I thought is supposed to be given a little more priority. I saw map job process start then is stopped halfway and has been locked up every since. The ETA was 4PM yesterday. Please help. This is the second time I'm sending this request. I don't see hours of operation and I had to use a new email to access this support center (that's 3 emails: Maps/drones/support).
The ETA is an estimated time for the processing to complete. This is based on averages over time. If there is anything in your imagery that requires extra time (shots of the horizon, high angle obliques, lots of motion, excessive overlap) it can take longer.
Our support hours of generally Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
