All XT Radiometric cameras sold by Drones Made Easy will work with Map Pilot. Non-radiometric cameras are not suitable for mapping.
Can I please have an update as to the available support or compatibility of Map Pilot with the Zenmuse XT camera? Thanks

Will a radiometric Zenmuse XT NOT sold by DME work with either an Inspire 1 or an M210?
The camera feed from the 210 does not show the thermal imagery. Is it supported? I have it connected on its own (no other camera on the dual gimbal).
When connected to the Inspire 1, the thermal image does show on screen, but the camera controls are not relevant - exposure, white balance etc. So I have a couple of questions...
Will the XT trigger correctly to get the overlap I have dialled in?
What image file format will be captured?
Thanks
They will not. We only support cameras we have had a chance to get calibration data from before sale.
Okay, Tag Pilot is sold for users of FLIR cameras that you haven't 'calibrated'. Any plans to open up Map Pilot to those who have already invested their 15K in a thermal camera? If I have a need for it, I'm sure there are lots of others.
Map Pilot and Tag Pilot are doing different things with the thermal data.
We create this software to support our customers like no one else can. XT cameras take a lot of support so we don't support it for everyone that purchased their cameras elsewhere. Perhaps talk to the company you bought it from to see if they have any solutions for you.
It's a pity MME is taking this view, especially considering the unique position it has amongst DJI users who want to take advantage of your excellent terrain-following and linear mapping features. Restricting support to those who haven't invested elsewhere seems short-sighted. I understand the business case, but even a paid solution, like your Tag Pilot buy-in, would at least be a solution.
Also, I'm not sure what you need to do with the data from a 3rd party XT that demands a heavy support burden. I'm just suggesting you build camera controls into the MP app so that the shutter interval, sensor dimensions and FOV can be used to calculate overlap, and type of image file (r-jpeg, tiff, ...) can be selected.
As users of MP for flight control, that's all we need to get the data sets we use.
