The number shown in the output size is the correct number. It would have been half that (.57 inch/pixel) if the downscale factor was not adjusted to .5

What is an actual Output resolution
I have a MME Map,
From the details of the map, I can see:
| Output Size | 23638 x 22240 @ 1.14 inch/pixel |
| Downscale Factor | 0.50 |
So the question is: what is an actual resolution: 1.14 i/p or 2.28 i/p?
