Generally it is better to email us for account specific things related to billing. I can verify that you are on the Base Annual plan and that it expires on June 10. The payment method on file appears to be valid and will be used on that date.
If you know that your payment method is going to fail and wish to update it you can change the billing information by following these instructions:
- Go to https://www.mapsmadeeasy.com/profile
- Click 'Manage Subscription'
- Click "Add payment method"
- Enter the new information
- Save it as the default payment method
Yes, the software will cease to work if the invoice is not paid.
