Batch Upload Required?

Hello, new to mapping...

If I perform several missions on the same job site (a grid and a standard, for example), I'm assuming I'll need to divide these into two batches (two maps)? Or can I upload all at once and MME will automatically create the ortho/3D model, etc.? Thanks!
