Im trying to create a quote on a specific area. In map pilot pro flight setup it says the area is 5,000ha when in the saved plan it says 788ha in mission plans.
I cant make a quote not knowing what possible time frame this job would be.
With 5.4.0 we changed how we show the general length and width and it looks like the area number in the top left panel was affected.
Sorry about that. It will be addressed in the next release.
In the meantime you can sync your mission to Maps Made Easy and measure the area there to get a more accurate number.

Can you please share screenshots of what you are seeing?
I tested this with another flight plan and it often does not adjust the area size when moving the boundaries.
ok thanks I did try that as well.
Would my other specs be accurate still? flight distance, batteries and such?
