The second battery flight overlaps several flight lines from the first battery. Below are images of the first battery and the second one. As you can see it reflew 6 flight lines that it didn't need to. It only needed to go back for the last 2 flight lines and instead it flew 8 lines.
It looks like you may have adjusted the takeoff corner using the Manual Restart Point.

The aircraft will fly the path of the blue verification line that is shown to the pilot before takeoff. Be sure to check it carefully before hitting OK since this would have shown you that it was replying 6 passes extra.

Ok, that's interesting. I did not chose a manual restart point and I didn't get this verification pop-up. But now I know how to fix it if it happens again. Thanks for the information!
