Problems in Upgrade Map Pilot Business for Map Pilot Pro

My question and support request is related to Map Pilot Pro. I purchased Map Pilot Business some time ago, and I am having problems with this message "terrain data not available for this location...". I tried to upgrade to the version, downloaded the program from the appstore, installed it and managed to log in, but when I go to use the Terrain Awareness function it tells me that I need to login to my account, I went to the login page and did my own. authentication, and after authentication he sends me a message that I only have 7 days for the evaluation. I remember when I bought the program from you and the promise was that I would have access to upgrades at no cost. Please would like a clarification as soon as possible and support for solving the problem. Without further ado, I'm waiting for the positive feedback.

You have received two emails about the change from the old versions of Map Pilot to the new Map Pilot Pro.

The data service for Map Pilot Business is no longer available. 

There was never any promise that the older versions would be maintained forever. Map Pilot Pro is a new app that has new terms associated with it. The emails that you have already received explained all of this and gave you a discount offer that is worth more than the value of the app you previously purchased.
