We are sorry about that. You are correct. There was definitely something weird going on there. It should be good now so just hit that sync button and you should be able to fly without issue.

Hello, I have paid the pro plan subscription but the app still shows that I am on the free plan and doesn't allow me to fly. I have already tried to sync the app, log out, and log in again.. Any suggest appreciated, many thanks

Working OK now! Many thanks for the quick answer. I was on the field when the app started asking me for the subscription, in an area with limited internet, so maybe it was something related to the poor connectivity. Best, Pablo
