DGN file format

I upgraded to the Maps Made Easy Pro version. But can't seem to figure out how to successfully upload .dgn files. You marketing states the .dgn file format is supported. Am I doing something wrong. I'm using the DJI workflow.

DNG RAW images are not supported by Maps Made Easy and never have been. Map Pilot Pro is capable of collecting this image format for Base and Pro plan subscribers.

The product matrix for Map Pilot Pro says "RAW (DNG) Imaging" which means the app will take this format of images. There is no mention of the ability to process the data.
