I am assuming you are talking about the Flight Sync viewer. As long as you are allowing the aircraft to land on its own and are not frequently closing the app between flights they should all show up together. The right column of the 'Missions' page says 'Flights' and it displays the total number of flights that were executed for that mission.
The the Mission Detail page will show all of the flight traces and some basic information for the collection of flights. The includes blue flight traces, grey imaging locations, and red/yellow/black signal strength indicators.
To get more detailed information for each flight you can click on the individual flights to view the Flight Detail pages.
