Step 4 in DJI work flow won't allow me to upload files.
That's not good... Can you please post a screenshot or email one of what you are seeing?
What exactly is the issue? Failed uploads? Inability to select files?
If you right click on the page and select 'Inspect' then click on 'Console' are there any errors there in red?

Our last email from you was Jan 27 2019.
Please try it again now. We worked with the upload software provider to add some optimizations for poor connections and foreign endpoints. Hopefully they will help.
Also can't get past step 4. Dragged 15 files into the widget, it listed them all, but there is no way to proceed. All images captured via Map Pilot Lite. Dragged images directly off of SD card (using USB cable to Phantom3A) onto folder on desktop (mac Mojave), then into widget. Using Safari 13.1.
There is a 20 image minimum.
