Unable to share public url

I'm unable to copy the url's to clipboard for pasting into an email. All the boxes with the urls have a no entry icon hovering over them when I try to copy.

Also when the public URL is shared is there a 3d view if this was selected at processing.

I've used Chrome and IE

Just try selecting the text. It will work. You can't edit it but you can select it. Or try triple clicking to select it all.

There is always a 3D preview. That is shown in the box below the Advanced Outputs in the Map Detail page and is called '3D Online Preview (low resolution)'. You can get those links from there.
