I am not sure what would cause that. Make sure everything works well with the DJI app before closing that and any other drone related apps before trying to connect with Map Pilot Pro.

I just got a new DJI mini 2 and this is happening , in the past I used the same drone model without a problem, but now it’s not working, the firmware update it’s todays,
