Your map only took 6 minutes to run because it failed. The camera you are using doesn't have the appropriate tagging. You shouldn't even have been able to upload a Flat Map with that camera.
You may have meant to use the Classic workflow instead. Flat Maps require very specific tags to be in place and it is unlikely your non-DJI camera has them.
