Changing Home position between batteries changes

Hi

Is it ok to change the home position between battery changes.   For example complete the first flight to an abandonment point, then change batteries, move further down the flight plan, take off again and resume, creating a new home point?

We have done this, but just wondering if there is anything wrong with it?
