Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues. We can see that you were only actually able to upload 2 images successfully so there was likely an issue with your internet connectivity. The 'Policy expired' message is due to a failed upload attempt that took too long or didn't complete properly.
A high quality network connection is required to do multipart uploads. If you have a slow or poor quality upload connection it can lead to failures.
We are in California and are generally manning the support forums from 8 AM to 8 PM Pacific Daylight Time (UTC -07) so the time to get your support will need to happen during those hours.
Since we only process the couple of images we received we have refunded the points for the job.
