Hi,
I've flown a few successful missions (from 5 ac to 165 ac) with your app. I really enjoy the automated flying.
My question is regarding flying in areas where there is no internet connectivity. I know people on this group say it is possible so I must be doing something wrong.
I create my mission and save it at my office (along with the purple starting point) where I have fast Wifi. Then drive to the site to fly (sometimes 100 miles).
At the site, I drive close to the purple point and then manually launch to 100 ft and then select Upload. If I'm not internet connected, it throws me an error and tells me I must be internet connected. If I'm internet connected, it uploads the flight fine and I tap Start and every works fine.
I've used a iPad Mini and Air 2. Same result with both. I was running 1.4 firmware on my P3P. I just updated to 1.60040 firmware as well as your app to the latest 1.3.2
I'm going to a site later this week that has no internet connectivity and want to make sure I have a solid procedure for flying in that environment.
Thanks,Eric
