This is a white balance issue. It is set to Auto by default which will usually work well but if the lighting conditions are variable or the lighting is right on the border between white balance requirements it will switch back and forth in an attempt to take the best image possible. To combat this, you can manually choose the white balance setting for Sunny or Cloudy depending on the prevailing conditions. You could try to adjust the coloration of the bluer set to match the other ones in photoshop or some other image processing software, but it is always best to have it straight from the camera.
