Weird Coloration in my map

I've had the same issue. 

On a very sunny day the images flipped between correct, blue-tint, and purple-tint. 

Adobe Lightroom can set the WB to auto for all photos and it corrects about 80-90% of the color error.

Just be careful that Lightroom doesn't plow your tags and make them unusable.

I've just encountered this same issue, and it can be largely fixed without having to re-fly. As others have said, you can sync the white balance across all images reasonably well in Lightroom CC. Open the photo set, select all, and in the White Balance drop down menu on the Library tab, select Auto. If it's a large photo set it may take some time for the all the image previews to update. Following this you can do further colour corrections to specific images with the Temperature, Tint, Exposure and Vibrance settings in the Library tab (and additional settings in the Develop tab if you want to). When you export the adjusted image set, under the Metadata settings make sure Include: is set to All Metadata, and Remove Location Info is un-checked. When you submit the color corrected photo set to Maps Made Easy for processing you'll get a warning message that says 'It appears that these images have been edited using image editing software that is known to overwrite the tags that were initially populated by the camera'. However if you've followed the above steps correctly, in my experience the map will process just the same as the original set.
