This is not likely to work because of the requirement to be 4-5 higher than your tallest object in the survey area. Flying too close to objects makes proper overlap management nearly impossible.

Could I use Map Pilot to map within a greenhouse? This would reduce the flying height, obviously. I'm wondering about using the Matrice Guidance sensors to control the flight/avoid pillars, etc. Is this pushing the state of the art of currently available software? Could I just fly a Phantom in Waypoint mode?
