free trial doesn't work

I signed up for a free trial but it will not take off it says "Feature is not allowed at this service level" when I try to take off.

I logged out/cleared the app data and logged back in. It still says the same thing. It is saying my account expires on the date I signed up instead of in 15 days.

I even tried setting up a new trial account and got the same thing.

Are free trials not allowing take off anymore?

It sounds like you have signed up for more than one account which disables the free trial.

To clarify I think it might say "virtual control not enabled"

The first time I used the free trial with a DJI mini 3 the app crashed and my drone crashed into a tree.

I bought a DJI Mini 2 since that is supposed to be more compatible. The trial expired so I signed up again. Is that what's happening? What do I need to do?

Each user gets one trial. It is locked to the devices.
