From what we can tell (it is completely undocumented) that error is related to flight authorization zones. Make sure you have unlocked the appropriate flight zones on the DJI FlySafe site.
This issue has popped up quite a bit with DJI's latest firmware release. There isn't much we can do about it if it is not an airspace problem. Hopefully DJI will fix whatever they did here.
