Locations Map not showing up on it's page

When I have created a location map for a set of maps, the map will not present on the page, and the public link will not show a map either.

Rick,
Take the apostrophes out of the layer titles. It is interfereing with some of the syntax in the code that displays the page.

The single ' characters in your map titles are messing things up. Please remove those and they should work fine.
