maps made easy image processing questions

Hi, can you tell me can I upload images from a mission flown with my phantom 3 using dronedeploy and have maps made easy process it ? Or does the mission need to be flown using your map pilot app ? I am on android and the software isnt available for my device but I want to try to process the images on your platform as dronedeploy compresses the images unless I pay for higher level of their service.
