I was able to fly a couple of different missions. But now that I'm going to perform a data transfer I'm receiving this message: "Media download not supported with this aircraft."
I have a DJI Air 2S. Not sure why this would not be supported. I have the pictures on my simcard. Is there another way to upload the photos to the actual mission??? I'm pretty frustrated right now. It should not be hard to transfer my photos into the actual mission once it's performed the mission. PLEASE HELP! Thank you!
Not all aircraft have that capability. The directly transfer really only works for up to a couple hundred images anyway before it starts getting bogged down.
The preferred way to upload files to us is through the website directly off the SD card on your computer. The pricing is better too.
