Can’t connect to Autel evo II

I recently got an Autel evo II and have been trying to find the most cost efficient software to use in order to map while I learn and build a portfolio. Do I need to have one of the upper subscriptions in order for the app to find my drone? I changed the settings to Autel evo II and connect the drone but it won’t find the drone in the app. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Our Autel Evo II support is iOS only. Only certain cameras are supported as shown here:

Autel EVOII Dual (Pro level and up)
Autel EVOII Base
Autel EVOII Pro

Got it. I am using an iPhone 14 Pro Max but I don’t have the pro version Autel so that would make sense then. Thanks for the information.

The Base camera should be fine.
