annual subscription

He recibido un email diciendo que no han podido cobrar mi suscripción, y aún me quedan 9 o 10 meses de mi suscripción anual. Actualicé la versión pro durante un mes para hacer un vuelo lineal, ¿qué pasa?

We are sorry to hear you are having issues paying. Did you update the payment information at the link you provided in your email? The charge failure says it is due to "insufficient funds". 

It looks like you signed up from he Base Annual plan on Sept 27 but then switched to the Pro monthly plan on November 18. This left a prorated balance of $38.60. $15 was charged on November 18 for the first month of Pro, then $15 for the second payment of Pro on December 18 but there wasn't enough for the third payment on January 18. The card doesn't appear to be valid anymore so the system cannot charge you the $6.40 you need for the January Pro payment.

The payment has gone through and your expiration date is now February 18. There is no remaining balance on the account so the full $15 will be charged on that date.

I had an annual subscription in the basic license that I had hired at a discount when coming from the map pilot bussines version.
Is it possible to return to my discounted annual version of the basic license by paying the corresponding price?

As long as you are going between paid plans the amount is prorated but any discounts that were present initially are not still active.

In your case you had the discounted annual plan and then used up the unused balance with your couple months at the Pro level. So technically you got the discount but used it up more quickly.
