I noticed the overlap report reflects the problem. half the images have been rejected for some reason..
Hi there
I did site with 375 images flown from 120m with a mavic 3E using the DJI pilot ap. I have been doing this site every month for a few months now using the same flight plan.
When I download the map, 1/2 of it is missing despite it being full on the main map detail screen. Also the quality of the ortho is no great despite the images looking ok.
Please help

The missing area was filled in using the Flat Map failover because the areas with the red dots in the Overlap Report were unable to be included.
The same thing has happened in your last few attempts at this same site. It looks like the building in the western corner makes the reconstruction fall apart and takes the rest of those passes down with it.
Using a bit more overlap would fix this issue. You have OK coverage but it isn't enough to cover the higher spots. I would say you want to use at least 80% overlap on everything so you can get reliable results for this kind of commercial work. Nothing costs more than having to revisit a site.
It looks like you included the images that were taken at the ends of the passes which mixes the speeds of the images being taken and the images are taken while turning. These images should not be included in the dataset per the Data Collection guidelines that are agreed to at the time of upload.
You may be able to remove those images from the dataset and run it again. Test it at a lower resolution if you can first.
Thanks for the feedback its very strange this is happening now as I have done this site a number of times with no issues. I will try and remove the images of the high object from the data set and try again..
Removing the images of the building will not fix it. You need more images of the building to get it to turn out since it is in the interior of the mapped area. The turning and slow images are what need to be removed. They might help the rest of it turn out. All of the previous maps had missing areas as well. This issue is not new.
