Paid for Points that do show in my account

I paid for points through Paypal and the funds have been sent and I still don't have the points showing up in my account. I couldn't log in with my mapsmadeeasy account through zendesk for some reason.

It looks like you paid with an eCheck which can take a couple of days to clear. Once it clears the points are granted.

The support site is shared with dronesmadeeasy.com and the login is not the same.
