Pending map seems to be hung up (for days)

I uploaded images on October 7 to create a new map. There are a lot of images and they are from 2 different flight missions (covering a large area). The original ETA was about 24 hours later - when that date came and went the ETA updated to October 10. It is now October 13 and the map has not completed, nor has the ETA updated itself (still says October 10). This is a relatively large map for me (>3200 images) and much larger than anything I've made on Maps Made Easy in the past, so I'm not sure if this is normal or not. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This job is chugging right along still and will likely be done by the end of the day. Figure on 1 day per thousand images in general but this can be more or less depending on overlap, gimbal angle and image content. The job also got put on hold for a bit while a higher priority job came through as is defined through the Urgency setting.

The ETA is a estimated time of arrival based on historical averages and ASAP processing.

Oh excellent! Thanks very much for the reply. As I said, I wasn't sure if this was normal or not, glad to hear everything is OK and I look forward to its completion.
