Do you have a maximum height or range set in DJI Go? That could limit it.
You can check the DJI Diagnostics column of the CSV log file for hints as to what might be wrong.

MISSION PROBLEM MAP PILOT AND MAVIC 2 PRO
HELLO FROM SPAIN.
I am working on scheduled flights with a MAVIC 2 PRO and
the problem is that when I start the mission, programmed with
Map Pilot, the Mavic loads the mission, ascends to the programmed
flight altitude but remains static at the correct altitude but it
does nothing, it remains static and does not go to the beginning
of the flight mission. We have tested with a Phantom 4 and it does
well, we have also tested the mavic 2 pro with other mission
planning apps and it performs them OK. What about the mavic 2 pro
and map pilot?

HI. The limitation in DJI GO is 120 meters high, but the flight plan was calculated for 65 meters. Regarding the CSV, in the column of DJIDiagnosticError no error appears, the column is empty. Another thing that happens is that the RTH does not work on the Map Pilot screen

Please email us your CSV log file and the saved .mme mission file so we can try to reproduce what you are seeing.

If you press and hold on any saved mission in the Mission Management screen you can email the file out of Map Pilot.
