You have to drag the layer that has 'Elev' at the end over to the Location Map stack. The list on the left will have the photo and elevation layers for all available maps.

Location maps elevations
If I try to include my two last survey elevation maps, they load as the photo version and not elevation version. On the base maps, they work fine. Any suggestions?
