Map pilot keep crashing when using terrain awareness

Hi,

I recently bought your app to survey a big mountainous area in Norway next month. Further, I invested in your terrain awareness and raw image upgrades. I was trying to test-fly my drone in a relatively flat area today and then something weird happened before takeoff.

When the terrain profile was loaded and I was about to launch, the app crashed. Then, after a couple of seconds, my Ipad Air 2 showed a low/no battery sign. After a reboot, everything was normal (70% power) and I tried the same procedure a couple of times with the same result. When I was testing other apps, with the Ipad connected to the remote controller and the drone, nothing happened, so I guess it must be something about the app?

This experience made me return home, as I was afraid that the drone would eventually crash at some point. What is going on? I am not really keen on testing this issue any further, as I am really afraid that the drone will crash.

I am using an Ipad Air 2, software version 13.2.2 and Map Pilot 4.1.0. Further, I am using the original iOS Lightening Cable. Drone deploy works without any problems (done several missions), but I really want to use your terrain aware feature - without the fear of crashing.

Try another iOS device if you have access to one that has either a newer battery or a better processor. Map Pilot does a few things that require a lot of processing power and sometimes on older devices this causes the CPU to crash if there isn't enough battery power for it. We get crash reports for these events and it is a the device reporting a "CPU Crash" not a software bug. This doesn't happen on newer devices or slightly older devices with brand new batteries.

As long as the drone gets up in the air it will execute the commanded path regardless of the state of the app.
