Map Pilot Unlock Error

Hello,

We have been using Map Pilot for some time.  We are now trying to use zone unlocking for four surveys.  These surveys are being flown in an area that DJI labels as an Authorization Zone.  When attempting to unlock the zone (9/9197), the Map Pilot software, after a brief UIActivityIndicatorView, throws an alert view that reports that the unlock was not successful, and that the internet connection should be checked.  This error occurs despite the fact that the device is connected to WiFi, and websites can be successfully loaded from the device.  I have successfully unlocked the zone through DJI's website with their advance planning feature, so the problem is not on their end.  Even with this unlocking through DJI, Map Pilot will not unlock the zone, and fails with the same error about the internet connection.  Thus, 1) DJI's site will unlock the zone, 2) MapPilot will not and fails with a connectivity error, leading me to believe that this is a bug in your software.  Unfortunately, this bug is now only coming into focus while we are out in the field trying to get some surveying done.  Thus, any support, updates you can push, or workarounds that you can suggest that can remedy this bug would be appreciated.

FYI - we are using the latest MapPilot version (no new updates)

The connectivity error is a suggested cause of the issue. It means that DJI's server did not respond to the request.

The warning about the internet being the possible cause was added in version 4.0.5. Before it just said there was no response.

The ability of the DJI SDK to get an authorization is not the same think as the DJI Go app or the DJI site being able to do so.
