I recently bought points to fly bigger areas than what the free polygons allow. I was wondering how I go about downloading the larger polygons on map pilot? I thought it would be similar to creating the polygons on map pilot, saving it, and uploading the flight plan to the drone.
Any help would be appreciated.
You do not need to purchase points in order to fly larger areas. You need to purchase points in order to process data collected while flying those larger areas.
The process for laying out larger polygons is the same as it is for small ones.
As of version 3.1, after the first 3 boundary points get drawn you need to move the smaller midpoint dots around to expand your area.

I did try to fly larger areas, yet when I am out in the field, the save flight path gets shorter, and the drone only flys part of the whole polygon. It states there are not enough waypoints. How do I fix this?
Only 100 waypoints can be loaded into the aircraft at a time. After those 100 points are flown it will return to the takeoff location so you can load more.
