Connection problems

Hi, 

I've been trying to use the app for a while and really like it when I can get it to connect. Unfortuantely, this is only about 30% of the time, so I end up using the Pix4D app. It seems a random combination of turning this app and DJI Go app on and off sometimes results in connection.

I've read your articles and watched your videos , but not of them describe the exact, step-by-step process to connect. 

Could you please share an exact, step-by-step description to connect.

I use an Inspire 1 Pro.

We don't generally have step by step instructions for getting it to connect because it should just work... It sounds like maybe you have more drone related apps running at the time. Make sure DJI Go and Pix4D and anything else that connects with your aircraft is FULLY closed. 

Then make sure you have full view of the sky and can get a good GPS lock. There is a difference between the remote connecting to the app (it says "Connected" at the top) and the red triangle showing up (the camera and GPS have lock). 

You can unplug the cable and plug it in again to make sure it connects.
