M600 PRO with Altum supported?

Hello. We have a Matrice 600 Pro using an Micasense Altum multispectral sensor. Currently we're reliant on an old version of Pix4d Capture for our survey flights. I noticed the option for custom camera in the freeware version of Map Pilot Pro. I'm wondering if others have been successful with this approach?

People do this all the time. With the Pro plan you can take off without a DJI camera attached to the aircraft and set the speed. Then you can set the Custom Camera settings according to whatever you are using so the app can calculate the image footprint and give you proper overlap. You would be on your own for setting up and mounting the camera.

Thanks for the info Zane. I'll give the Pro Plan a try.

I've got the Pro plan now, set up a small flight mission for our M600 with the Altum camera setup in Custom Camera settings.
Map Pilot Pro recognizes the M600 when the tablet is connected to the controller and drone + controller are powered on.

I've got plenty of satellites but it will not switch the icon to the red home icon arrow and won't take off. Any suggestions?

Try connecting with the DJI app first to make sure everything is OK and that it can take off and fly without any warnings. Then fully close that app before trying to connect with Map Pilot Pro.

Also, hit the Sync button in the settings so it will pull your recent subscription upgrade so you have access to the Cameraless Takeoff feature.
