You are correct. Our processing users one or the other, not both. There is no way to use geotags and GCPs with Maps Made Easy.

Using ground control points with geotagged images
I have geotagged source images, but I also had precision ground control points taken across the survey area that I would like to use as well as the geotagged images. How can I do this using your workflow? Seems like the options are only for one or the other.
