Map Pilot will only lay out missions that are of a convex shape with no interior void areas. This is because there is no way to deal with the complexity of shapes that users could potentially draw. For people that need to do more complex shapes like an L or a T we recommend setting up two separate missions and making sure the overlap between the is good by using our setting to display other saved missions.
