Basically, there is very little way to tell who is right and wrong. The DJI aircraft, while among the best available, still has a pretty cheap GPS receiver and antenna so a little error is to be expected.
You can correct the error by manually georeferencing the output GeoTiff using GIS software such as QGIS.
It also looks like you could use a bit more overlap which will give more accurate results.
