Coverage doesn't match mission

Today I flew two missions. Each flight went smoothly and the profile during the flight indicated no gaps in the photo coverage. However, when I uploaded the images there appear to be significant gaps in actual coverage. In both cases, the areas were photographed and the photos were uploaded. But for some reason they were not included in the final image. The number of images processed is correct in the output information. Any thoughts? Links are below.

If there is one thing our system just truly hates, it would bare trees. If there are two things our system hates, they would be bare trees and long shadows. The are super complex and then add that the shadows are moving ever so slightly while you are flying.

Generally we tell people mapping treed areas to use lots of overlap (80+%). With bare trees, this may or may not help.

If you must map bare trees, try to do so as close to solar noon as possible so the shadows aren't running.
